Common questions
Is Payfonn a payment institution?
No. Payment is taken on the physical POS terminal you already use in the store; the money flow stays between you and your bank or payment provider. Payfonn ties the order, the payment confirmation and the accounting record together with a reference code.
Do we need extra Shopify seats for every store?
No. Store teams sign in to the Payfonn panel with their own accounts; orders are written to Shopify through Payfonn with a source tag. Your Shopify seat limit stays untouched.
Which systems does it integrate with?
Payfonn integrates with Shopify (including the panel, Admin and POS channels) and Nebim V3 through the Integrator service. Other ERP needs are evaluated per project.
What if the product is not in the store?
The order is still opened at that store; the product ships directly to the customer from the store holding the stock. Inter-store transfers and waiting disappear.
How does rollout work?
It starts with pilot stores, and once the flow is validated it is gradually opened to all stores. Team training and go-live are run by ePratik.
